We want you to love your custom piece, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

🚫 Because Everything’s Made Just for You…

All of our signs are made-to-order, which means we don’t accept general returns or exchanges.
Once your order is in production, it can’t be canceled or changed.

🛠️ What If There’s a Problem?

We’ve got you! If your item arrives:

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Not as described

…please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can fix it fast.

✅ We’ll Make It Right

If the error is on our end, we’ll happily send a replacement — no extra charge.

💡 Friendly Reminder:

We’re not able to offer returns for:

• Typos or mistakes provided by the customer

• Shipping delays once the carrier has your package

• Personal preference changes (e.g. “I changed my mind”)
