We’re excited to get your custom sign made and on its way to you! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

⏱ Production Time

All our products are made-to-order, which means we create them just for you after you place your order.
Our typical production time is 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

🚚 Shipping Time & Estimates

Once your item is crafted and ready, it ships out right away.
Estimated shipping times:

• USA: 5–10 business days

• Canada: 7–12 business days

• International: 10–20 business days (varies by location)

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

🌍 Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we do!
International shipping times vary depending on your location, and extra customs fees or duties may apply depending on your country.

💡 Note on Delivery Delays

Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, any delays are unfortunately out of our control (weather, customs, etc.).
